Correctly named "PTE. H.E. NOBBS"

The medal is in reasonable (VF-GVF) condition. There are two quite severe edge 'digs' which might be metal test cuts."

This is an extremely rare medal. According to "Medal Yearbook" just 204 were issued. Based on the 25% theory, only about 51 will ever be available to collectors.

G.02 Geo.V (Police) Coronation Medal 1911
with St. Andrews Ambulance Corps reverse

Correctly named to "D. ARCHIBALD"

The medal is in reasonable (VF-GVF) condition. There are light surface scratches to the obverse, an edge 'bruise' and what appears to be a metal test cut to the rim.

This is an extremely rare medal. According to "Medal Yearbook" just 310 were issued. Based on the 25% theory, only about 78 will ever beavailable to collectors.

Robert Smith was born at West Derby, Liverpool in December 1869, and joined the Metropolitan Police in January 1890. He left (as a Constable) in April 1906, having served for over 16 years.

Some edge 'digs' to both medals.
